Dog Park vs. Dog Daycare?

Want to know people’s thoughts on this? I have seen many posts/videos/etc. talking about why going to the dog park is not a good way to socialize your dog. I understand that and we no longer go to the dog park since I found out about the risks. But what about dog daycare? Not for socialization purposes, but for example I need to start boarding my dog during the day my office starts coming back to the office. It really is my only good option. I can’t just leave my dog at home and have a walker come over, as she’s incredibly anxious about his account and will *tear* things up. She is crate trained, but leaving her in a crate for 8 hours is also not a viable option. And I don’t have anyone in my circle that it’s reasonable to ask to watch her during the day. So daycare is really my only option, but I wonder if people think about any difference between the park and daycare and if the same risks really apply in terms of overstimulation etc.
