My (25f) sister (21f) thinks my BF (28m) is gay. I’m not sure if I should take her opinion seriously or not.

I have been dating this amazing guy for the last 12 months. Our bedroom life is pretty good (he always makes sure I’m satisfied, though that was a learning process too, he seems to enjoy cuddling and cuddling with me, he’s a great kisser, makes me feel sexy, etc.), and he treats me amazingly. We’ve had a couple of fights lately (mostly related to how he’s not a super caring guy outside of the bedroom and how he wanted to go out when we got married because of his training). But we have worked things out to reach a compromise. I entrusted my sister with some reassurance during this difficult time in our relationship, and her advice was quite helpful. Last night, however, I was talking to my boyfriend, who said that he thinks he has problems with affection because he has a bad relationship with his family, that is, his father and his older brother. Apparently his older brother seems to have a lot of resentment towards my boyfriend, but I’m not sure why. I want to mention that my BF is on his way to become a surgeon, while the older brother (30m) is single and in his first year of bachelor’s degree after working in retail for several years. My boyfriend is very astute and vague when I ask him for details, but he mainly cites his career “imbalances” as a reason. But an example of this resentment is when my boyfriend told his family that he would go out with me. Apparently his whole family was congratulating him, except for the older brother, who just sat in the corner and didn’t say a word. My boyfriend burst into tears while telling me this story, which confused me a bit because he didn’t exactly understand why his brother staying quiet in the ad would be so upsetting to my boyfriend to the point of making him cry. I wasn’t sure if he would ask for more details so I just comforted him and let him yell instead of pressing for more details. When I went home later and told my sister this story (because I wanted her opinion… I’m really confused because my boyfriend burst into tears when he told me that his brother was quiet when he announced he was dating me), she it seemed a bit awkward. She then she said, “Do you think…your boyfriend may be…gay?” I was a bit taken aback that he made this assumption and asked him why. He cited four reasons: A) they are from a religious Asian family B) I mentioned my boyfriend had trouble showing affection outside of the bedroom C) his brother kept quiet instead of congratulating him when he announced he was dating me (I’m his first girlfriend for true) D) my boyfriend wants to push when we get married I’m not sure how these things indicate anything. But how should I proceed? TLDR: my sister thinks my BF is gay… I don’t know what I want to do
