sister in law not moving

So my sister-in-law (husband’s cousin) came to Australia to study. Before she came, she said that she would stay with us for a week and that she would move into her own house after she got a house to stay. So my husband and I agreed. Now, she is in our house for 12 days, she is looking for a house and she always says ‘I didn’t like the house, it smelled bad, too far from the station, too expensive’. Always being too demanding and therefore not leaving our house. I am so upset at this point. I strictly told my husband that I don’t like to share my house, but I can receive and welcome his relative. The husband also promised that this would only be a matter of 4-5 days. He also gave her an ultimatum to move out, but she played the victim and said ‘well then I have to sleep on the street if I don’t get a place’. Mind you, there are so many rental properties out there, it’s just ‘she doesn’t like them’! Tldr; I feel so deprived of my privacy, I can’t even talk about it when she’s home because apparently my husband says ‘we have thin walls, she’ll hear us’! I’m so mad I just want to get out of this place. Please suggest what to do.
