Does Anyone Keto Lifestle Permanently?

I’m not talking keto for a couple of months to lose weight and go back to burgers and fries, but living a keto lifestyle. Heres me Keto Lifestyle – not keto for short term weight loss, but a way of life for me. Very quick examples: breakfast, coffee, ghee, heavy cream, stevia, same with making black tea. Sometimes keto pancakes and eggs are usually the Sunday brunch. Lunch low carb omelette meat, cheese or eggs, keto nut and chocolate chip snacks or shake 1net carb plant-based protein powder, kale, chia milk carb veggies, avocados, olives, evvo, cauliflower pizza , vegetable cauliflower rice, cabbage soup, Thai salmon (frozen bags at Walmart) spice soup, lots of steamed broccoli and buttered cauliflower Sauces – I’m not promoting, but almost all of my sauces are from Primal Kitchen. Desert – ice cream 1 cup whole cream of coconut, 1 cup heavy cream, 1.5 cup macadamia milk – plant-based powdered chocolate, chia, monk fruit and mix and put in ice cream maker Drinks: Me love sparkling water warning – just taste and need the natural minerals. To make it very healthy keto, I use grass fed meat, cheese, dairy and pasture raised eggs. How much I eat just depends on my goals, which at the moment is maintenance. Sometimes I overeat healthy things and make it a time of the week to bulk up and exercise. Dirty Keto Outside I order my best guess of food that seems close enough to keto while avoiding obvious ingredients. Honestly, I hate going out to eat and even though my diet is more expensive just because I prepare it that way, I prefer to do a little cooking on the weekends for the rest of the week. I’m probably running on ketones most of the time, but sometimes I get kicked out and don’t test to find out. It’s like being high, you can only read your body and know when you’re on keto because your brain is supercharged. For me there are no drugs or alcohol. I only do keto and healthy clean food.
