Doing keto so I wonder. How was your sugar/carb withdrawal?

I ask because I went cold turkey on nicotine 30 days ago. I haven’t relapsed since then. And since I prepared myself mentally, quitting smoking was not bad at all. To keep up the self-improvement train, I decided to get back in shape by cutting carbs and sugars out of my diet. But I wonder if carb withdrawal is as bad or worse than quitting nicotine.
