I just had sudden cravings and gave in…but not for nothing carby

I usually do OMAD from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays I have 2 meals. But then, a moment ago, he wasn’t hungry at all. She was just wanting something to eat. So I was like fitting in. I went to the fridge and ignored any carbs in there and just ate a full meal of keto friendly stuff. My weight plateaued all week and I was being really hard on myself trying to lose a few pounds. I’m happy I let myself go for a bit (while staying keto friendly) to reward myself for the hard work. And I’m glad to know that I no longer have carb cravings!
