I need inspiration to restart keto

The title, basically. He was super solid on keto in February and March, lost 10lbs and felt stellar. He still wanted to lose another 10 pounds and at that point he had the confidence to do it. Then my family and I moved across the country, which meant 1) farewell parties before we left that included alcohol and non-ket foods, 2) the cross-country drive that meant eating at shitty restaurants along the way, and 3) resettling in a new, super urban area with TONS of amazing food options and I’ve been splurging because everything is so new and good. Long way to go to say that the diet has sucked and the alcohol consumption has been higher than it should have been. What helps you get back on track after bombing your diet? Aid!
