I shit eating fried food. Does that mean keto is working?

I’ve been (27/M) or so doing keto/no carbs for a few weeks on and off and haven’t seen much weight loss. I stick to salads and turkey slices, occasionally eating chips, crackers, or chocolate. Otherwise, it’s vegetables, protein shakes, almond milk, cold cuts, and some fruit. My bowel movements are regular every morning. I had a very painful bowel movement earlier this week after eating a chicken sandwich (12pm) and 2 spring rolls (7pm) because it was my birthday and I wanted a treat. It happened around 1 am and was painful and not solid. My lower intestine was on fire and it took ~45 min. I thought it was just the Chinese restaurant, but I was wrong. Today for my birthday weekend I went out and had fried green tomatoes and a festival fried corn dog. Around midnight I took a shit and it was similar to my birthday experience. I came to the conclusion that I can’t eat fried food. I don’t know if it’s the fat or the dough, but I can’t take it anymore. Has anyone else experienced this?
