I used table salt another day because I had headaches and was urinating too much right after drinking water. However, I felt nauseous. So I tried pink salt today, but read that it sometimes has rocks/sand in it: and plastic. If anyone knows of a good pink Himalayan salt please let me know Comment. Does anyone know the safest brands? Or is it toxic?
