Looking to try 0 carb / meat eater for a week. Any advice?

I’ve been in keto since May and have lost just under 30 pounds. But after too many events last week, I got off the rails a little bit and lost some progress. I’m thinking of not consuming carbs for a week or so to help me get back to normal. I’m also not sure how difficult it will be as I don’t eat fish / shellfish or eggs. Any tips, tricks, ideas, or things to keep in mind? Thanks!
