[M18]5’8, 232, I need your help please.

So basically I want to lose fat but gain muscle, idc what the scale says as long as the fats are gone and the muscle is gaining and where you can see a VISIBLE change, diet plans and weight programs please! I don’t care if I have to eat the same thing every day for months or whatever! I am ready to be dedicated. I’ll literally do anything I’m tired of dreading summer because I don’t have a sweatshirt to cover my man boobs or my stomach I’m legit insecure all summer everyday and I’m tired of that I’m also tired of feeling like a bum a pig, a piece of shit. I want to become a unit, I want to be able to laugh at how I look now in a few months. But I need some guidance please anything helps. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to comment, normally I’m too scared to post things but I can’t take it anymore, I want to be healthier, I want to be happy with myself and I forgot to mention that diabetes continues. one side of my family, type 1 and 2. So I need to try to avoid that as much as I can, and losing fat will help tremendously. Oh and I can go to the gym 7 days a week if I need to, I just want some guidance and I want to see changes as quickly as possible.
