No ideas for meals on the stove

I closed my house last week, I moved in today. My stove doesn’t come in until 9-3-21. Usually I like to bake asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower with a side of chicken or beef, fish. I also do a lot of taco nights with low carb wraps. I try to brainstorm some microwaveable meals on its own or ready-to-eat to stay on track until the stove is turned on. Any ideas / advice / recommendation is greatly appreciated! Update: There is no deep fryer, my new stove has a really good one so I’m trying to avoid paying for one. Cheap $ 45 Walmart microwave one for no convection. Today is my last day in my apartment, so I went back there and cooked 4 pounds of ground beef, 3 chicken breasts, and a dozen hard-boiled eggs. That should help. Thanks for all the recipe suggestions!
