So frustrated.

Hi everyone. I’m crying right now. The first month of keto I lost 13 pounds. This second month, nothing. I have read the FAQ, I have cut down every carbohydrate I can think of. Now I drink black coffee, I don’t even mess with Keto bread. Like meats and cheese and cauliflower rice. I have a calorie deficit every day. There is still no movement on the scale and I literally don’t know what else to do besides stop eating completely. Day after day after day I’m doing everything right and it’s really wearing me down.
