She made an amazing chia seed pudding for breakfast with cinnamon, vanilla extract, and almond milk! topped with some peanut butter (unsweetened), crushed walnuts and a little berry and yum! It reminds me of the smoothie bowls that I loved to make when I was a vegetarian for 3 years.
