Too fat?

Hey people! I have been pedaling on and off keto (and omad) for a while now. I was very successful in the winter, but now I don’t seem to be hungry and the calories have caught up with me. Bloated all the time, feeling increasingly nauseous after my high fat meals. I try to break the omad aspect, but the more I ate during the day, the worse everything got. I wonder if relying heavily on fattier cuts of meat and fish is bad? Belly is super cheap where I live, but the thought of having another piece of oily meat…yuck! No access to nuts or avocado at this time. Has anyone started feeling sick halfway through ketogenic success? AIT
