What can I have for breakfast with Keto?

Hi guys! I’m not ketogenic, but my mother is (although being a child who relies on her for food, when your mothers are dieting, you’re too much hahaha) It’s around 6am and I’ve been up all night with nasty food poisoning I feel so much better now, but my poor mom and dad had to stay up helping me clean up and stuff. I want to surprise you with a little breakfast when you wake up, nothing too ambitious because I have to admit that I am not the best cook, but I do make some really good scrambled eggs with fried tomato. I’m pretty sure tomato and eggs are kero friendly, but is there anything else I can add? Something to avoid?
