Grandma passed away about 2 years ago and the house has been sitting ever since. I recently got the house and walked in for the first time today. There is a lot of mold, and I need advice, please. photos inside

At the time of his death, the house was fairly well maintained and no one has entered it since. They gave me the house and I wanted to make it habitable again (either to rent or to live in). The exterior is fine, however the interior is ROUGH. I live in Georgia, which is pretty humid, so I’m not surprised there’s mold, but it’s still a problem. There are also rodents that have broken things and pooped everywhere. An exterminator came out today to take care of the rats and spiders, but mold is really my main concern. I plan on throwing out almost all of the furniture (and most of the things inside the house, actually. All of the important sentimental things have been taken away right after he passed away). So what would be my best course of action? Should I go ahead and rent a dumpster and dump the shit, or should I call someone first to take care of the mold? Or is it something I can take care of myself? I called for quotes, and most of them said it would be ~$125-250 for an onsite inspection, then services start around $1400, although no one really specified what the services were lol. photos here [https://imgur.com/a/VkoLZ9g](https://imgur.com/a/VkoLZ9g) One more thing: mold is not on EVERYTHING. It’s really only on the things I showed in the photos. I checked the walls and stuff, nothing there. My fear is that it’s in places I *can’t* see.
