Writers with ADHD, how do you manage to write or practice writing?

So, I have ADHD (as well as ASD and GAD, but that’s not important), and I’m not a professional or anything, at least not yet (I’m only 21). What I try to do now is just practice writing. I was fine for a while. I created a point system for myself, it would give me 1-5 points depending on how much I wrote and how much I got in one session, and then I tallied it up at the end of the month. I’m researching comics, video games, or maybe animation writing, so other than the last one, the scripts I’ve been doing aren’t long/don’t need to be just for practice, so I also count how many “scripts” I do in a month. Sometimes it’s just a dialogue exchange that would be nice in a game, maybe a cutscene, maybe a short comic. But now, I’m having trouble getting him to do it again and keep doing it. I can never force myself to write anything for long as I have a million ideas and never feel like they are developed enough to put into proper writing, and I just can’t sit down and do it most of the time. I’ve only done it twice this month. People with ADHD, how do they manage to sit down and write anything? (By the way, I’m on medication, methylphenadate) Edit: I should add after seeing some comments, what I mean by writing is the type of writing that can be turned into something. You know, write, lol. However, 75% of my time is spent sitting quietly/listening to music and just thinking about my plots, characters, etc. it’s like it’s an opening (like anime), or part of the soundtrack.
