Did you know that cayenne pepper has been documented to be able to kill cancer cells? Who has reported this? None other than the American Association for Cancer Research. This should be reported in the American media, but the endless celebrity stories about Paris Hilton or the Conan O’Brien feud with NBC are seen as more important. With the dominance that Big Pharma and the government have over health information and services in this country, it’s no surprise. Therefore, the truth seeker is left to discover alternative options.
Capsaicin, the secondary metabolite in cayenne pepper that makes peppers (and cayenne) taste hot, kills androgen-independent prostate cancer cells within the male body. Aside from its many and varied health benefits, the anti-cancer properties of cayenne pepper should be enough to warrant a closer look, but when one considers the heart health benefits of cayenne pepper, not to mention its effects in every organ of the body, rightly qualifies as nothing short of miraculous.
In an article titled “Hot Pepper Kills Prostate Cancer Cells in Study,” published in Reuters on March 16, 2006, Dr. Soren Lehmann of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine said the following: “Capsaicin had a profound antiproliferative effect in cultured human prostate cancer cells.” He caused 80 percent of the prostate cancer cells growing in mice to “commit suicide in a process known as apoptosis.” Furthermore, the researchers said that this in Cayenne Pepper “drastically slowed down the development of prostate tumors formed by those human cell lines grown in mouse models.”
The researchers say that while there isn’t much of a difference between prostate cancer cells and other cancer cells, this study is quite interesting, to say the least. So how do you take cayenne pepper? You can take it in the form of capsules, but do its greatest benefits come from drinking it? “Drink it”? Yes, taking it orally. By doing so, it has an immediate literal effect. Simply mix 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder into an eight-ounce glass of water (distilled or purified water is best), mix, and drink. Don’t worry, it won’t hurt you but it is very beneficial. Over time, you’ll want to move up to a full teaspoon or more, but start slowly. The body will adapt. The first few times you take it, it will come out of your elimination organs with some heat. Do not be alarmed. It’s perfectly natural. By the third time I drank it, my body had acclimated.
Cayenne pepper has incredible curative and healing powers and is fantastic for the entire system. Its effects on the venous structure and the heart are nothing short of miraculous.
Famed homeopathic herbalist, Dr. John Christopher, repeatedly testified that by having his patients take cayenne pepper, he could immediately stop a heart attack. It is enormously nutritious for the heart, but that is not its only health benefit. It is now a scientifically proven catalyst to destroy cancer cells and stop their growth, and that is something every cancer patient should know.
In 1971, then-President Richard Nixon declared war on cancer. Nearly 40 years later, with the War on Cancer progressing like the War in Iraq, he now has another scientifically proven tool to help eliminate cancer in his body. This humble yet miraculous medicinal spice will benefit you in many ways. Don’t take my word for it. See for yourself and you will soon be convinced of the incredible effectiveness of this king of the herbal kingdom.
