Four Clinical Studies Prove Cayenne Pepper Kills Cancer Cells

Did you know that cayenne pepper has been documented to be able to kill cancer cells? Who has reported this? None other than the American Association for Cancer Research. So how do you take cayenne pepper? You can take it in the form of capsules, but do its greatest benefits come from drinking it? “Drink it”? Yes, taking it orally. By doing so, it has an immediate literal effect. Simply mix 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder into an eight-ounce glass of water (distilled or purified water is best), mix, and drink.
